Beginning therapy often comes with many feelings—uncertainty, hope, hesitation, relief. However you arrive, all of it belongs here. My intention is to offer a space where your experiences are honoured, your body is included in the process, and we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your nervous system.

For more than a decade, I’ve accompanied people through different seasons of life, supporting experiences of trauma, transition, grief, resilience, and growth. My approach is collaborative and relational, integrating attachment theory, somatic practices, EMDR, and parts work. Together, we gently explore how your body carries stress and protection, how patterns have formed in relationship, and how new possibilities can emerge when there is enough safety and connection.

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Alongside my professional work, my lived experience as a parent continues to deepen my understanding of compassion, patience, and the belief that healing is not about fixing, but about reconnecting with our inherent wholeness.

This is a space where every part of you is welcome. Together, we’ll listen for what is ready, care for what feels tender, and create openings for change that honour your story.
