Thank you for being here.
Beginning therapy often comes with many feelings—uncertainty, hope, hesitation, relief. However you arrive, all of it belongs. My intention is to offer a space where your experiences are honoured, your body is welcomed into the process, and we move at a pace that feels safe for you.
For more than a decade I’ve accompanied people through different seasons of life, holding space for stories of trauma, transition, grief, resilience, and growth. My approach is collaborative and relational, weaving together attachment, somatic practices, EMDR, and parts work. These approaches help us notice how your body carries stress and protection, how patterns formed in relationship, and how new possibilities can emerge when there is room for safety and connection.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Alongside my professional path, my own life as a parent and person continues to teach me the importance of compassion, patience, and the belief that healing is not about fixing but about remembering our wholeness.
This is a space where every part of you is welcome. Together we’ll listen for what is ready, tend to what feels tender, and create openings for change that honour your story and your nervous system.
